Welcome to Nymaara (nymaara.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Nymaara is operated by Hetal Ashish Kamdar, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to photography and screen settings.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. International shipping is not currently available.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location (1-10 business days).
• Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery zone. Free shipping is available above certain order thresholds.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

At nymaara.com, every ritual salt blend and ritual soak is carefully handcrafted, intentionally prepared, and energetically curated in small batches to preserve its purity, freshness, and ritual integrity.

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our ritual wellness products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain:

• Product hygiene and purity
• Ritual integrity of each blend
• Safety and quality standards
• The intentional nature of our handcrafted preparations

As our ritual products are created for personal wellness, relaxation, grounding, abundance rituals, cleansing rituals, and self-care practices, we are unable to restock or resell any item once it has been shipped or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged package
• A leaking product
• An incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nymaara.com.

Kindly include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the package and product
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will gladly assist with a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, email us at hello@nymaara.com with your order number.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nymaara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
