2. Products & Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Product colors may vary slightly from images due to photography and screen settings.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
3. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI.
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India. International shipping is not currently available.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location (1-10 business days).
- Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery zone. Free shipping is available above certain order thresholds.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used bath salts and personal care products cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nymaara.com with your order number and reason.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
- For damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may return the product after delivery per our return policy. To cancel, email us at hello@nymaara.com with your order number.
7. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Nymaara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
